Adriane Harrison is an experienced human resources professional with an extensive background in business, law, and non-profit management. She practiced fifteen years as an attorney specializing in commercial litigation and securities law. Adriane currently heads the human relations department for Printing Industries of America, providing HR information and assistance to PIA’s thousands of member companies. One of Adriane’s many responsibilities is managing the annual Best Workplace in the Americas award program, which has been going on nearly 20 years. Each year the judging committee recognizes companies that embrace the most sought-after qualities for today’s work environment: communication and culture, employee resources and benefits, and safety and work environment. In 2019, 32 companies received either the designation of Best of the Best or Best Workplace, many of which are regular attendees of the Continuous Improvement Conference.
