Networking

A longtime staple of our conference, the networking sessions are your chance to share ideas with your colleagues. There are plenty of networking opportunities:

Welcome Reception (Sunday). Start the conference by meeting your fellow attendees.

Roundtable Discussion Sessions (Monday). Participate in a free-wheeling discussion of your chosen topic and hear the successes, challenges, and questions of other attendees. Not interested in sharing?—watch the CI-related video.

Group Breakfast and Lunch (Monday).  Grab some food and start talking.

Dine-Around (Monday). Sign up for one of 13 restaurants on Monday night and keep the conversation going late.

Group Breakfast (Tuesday).  The networking opportunities are adding up—make more valuable contacts from across the industry.

Roundtable Discussion Sessions (Tuesday). Pick a different topic on Tuesday to learn from others and share your experiences. Or opt out and watch another educational video.

CI Trivia (Tuesday). Join a table and compete to demonstrate your team’s trivia prowess! You can’t help but make some new acquaintances, have fun, and learn something along the way.

Gala Reception (Tuesday). By the time Tuesday evening comes, you’ll be in the swing of networking. We’ll be spending the evening at Columbus’s acclaimed Center for Science and Industry (COSI). It will be one of your more memorable experiences of 2020.

Plant Tours (Wednesday). The bus ride to/from the tour is a perfect opportunity for networking!

Maintaining Contacts after the Conference. The networking doesn’t have to stop because the conference does. Your handbook will have complete contact information for everyone in attendance.
