With 36 years in plastic extrusion, laminations and printing, Dave Geier has extensive experience in all aspects of operational leadership. Dave is a member of American Packaging Corporation’s Senior Management Team, helping guide APC to achieve sales and profit growth. Dave led American Packaging’s Engineered Laminations & Coatings Center of Excellence as Operations Director for 19 years and in his current role as Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, Dave is responsible for setting APC’s direction toward Customer Excellence and driving reductions in all aspects of Cost of Quality. Prior to American Packaging, Dave worked in various engineering, operations and management roles for GE-Plastics, AlliedSignal/Honeywell and Avery Dennison.
